With every new release, Colin Caulfield (Young Man) seems to expand his sound further and further. The last four years have been almost unprecedentedly productive for the St. Paul native: debut EP Boy that went from home project to vinyl release, two full length albums, and now a third: Beyond Was All Around Me, due out on French Kiss on April 9th. I don’t think there’s another artist that’s been so consistently good with his output in such a condensed period of time, and “In A Sense”, with it’s increased production value, allows you to hear that quality even more.
