I’ve got mixed feelings for Tennis, they’re charming but can also be quite boring at times. Aside from a few gems on their debut LP, a lot of the tracks felt like a rather redundant dosage of doo-wop rinse and repeat. All criticism aside, I am delightfully surprised by new track “Origins” from their forthcoming February LP. Well played Tennis, hopefully you’re not all looks like Anna Kournikova and churn out some more grunt-worthy grand slams a la Serena Williams. Pre-order the single via Forest Family records here.

Tennis is a snooze fest, but not Forest Family. LOVE THOSE BROS.

Enjoyable song, but yeah I hope this follow up is better than their debut.
