If you’re in New York for CMJ, one band to watch for is Spanish Prisoners. They’ve been responsible for two of our favorite art rock songs of the year, both taken from their Gold Fools LP which is now available for free at their Bandcamp page (although we encourage you to toss a few bills their way).
