Double Denim Records hooked me onto Canadian tape manipulators and twisted electro-pop enthusiasts Cedar Senior. They recently released a mindfuck of a debut EP called Campsite that treads through vintage M83 territory, recent chillwave staples, and the glitchy exp.electro/noise that’s been running rampant in the Providence underground scene for years and years. But this shit is pretty fresh, as is evident by the following anthemic little gem called “Summer Bummer” »
