[MP3] ARMS: “Heat & Hot Water” (Birds & Batteries Remix)

Our good friend Todd from ARMS just sent over this ridic remix of their self-titled EP track “Heat & Hot Water” done by SF’s Birds & Batteries. I was a bit skeptical at the thought of an ARMS song getting the electro/glitch treatment, and you might be too if you’re familiar with the indie folk/rock side of Mr. Goldstein’s crew, but this track kills.

Fittingly, Todd is playing a solo ARMS show with Birds & Batteries next Saturday (Aug 21st) at Pianos, which is where I’ll be for the night (if I can pull myself from the Cake Shop across the street). ARMS also happens to be headlining a show at the Mercury Lounge on Aug 27th, so make sure to hit that up if you can.
